The salary for this role is £27,197.28 per annum.

Norse Catering work in partnership with a growing number of schools, care homes and businesses across the Norfolk and Suffolk region to deliver meal services throughout the day. Utilising local and fresh produce, Norse deliver an exceptional customer service whilst ensuring delicious, varied and nutritious meals their clients.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef Manager to manage the catering team at Beauchamp House in Chedgrave, near Loddon. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week.

The Chef Manager is to organise, develop menus, inspire and manage the catering team; ensuring completion of the preparation, cooking, presentation and service of food and beverage outlets to customers and staff alike are always ready on time and are both inviting and well stocked, providing customer satisfaction at all times.

You will be responsible for;

  • Preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standard
  • Managing the catering team
  • Contribute to high levels of customer service
  • Comply and have full knowledge of regulations regarding Health & Safety, ensuring that best food practices and hygiene procedures are adhered to.
  • Managing all office-based activities in line with this role

Our Successful Candidate

  • Previous catering experience in a similar management position
  • Knowledge of basic health & safety, including the food safety act.
  • High Standard of culinary skills
  • Knowledgeable about the food industry
