£11.29 Per hour

Bishop Herbert House is a 14-bed specialist care home in Norwich City Centre where we provide full-time care and support and we are currently recruiting for Care Team Leaders to join our team, working 16 or 18 hours per week on days (0630-1930) or 38.5 hours per week on nights (1900-0700).

As team leader, you will support the manager in the day-to-day management of staff, ensuring that we are delivering safe, effective and responsive care at all times. You will have the responsibility of overseeing and demonstrating good practice, values and standards of care in support of the Manager and Deputy Manager. You will continue to deliver person-centred care, whilst leading your team to act in the best interest of our residents and tenants at all times.

*£100 will be payable at 3 months, a further £200 will be payable at 6 months subject to obtaining a contracted position working at least an average of 12 hours per week.
