St Nicholas House is our residential Care Home in Dereham, where we provide 24/7 dedicated care and support to up to 39 people. The relaxed environment is hugely important to us and we want everyone to be happy, content and ultimately feel like they are at home.

We are recruiting for Care Support Workers to join our team on a permanent basis working part-time hours. All positions will involve a mixture of shifts (including weekends) 0700-1430 and 1430-2130.

If you are looking for a more flexible role we have the opportunity for you to join the team working Days or Nights on a casual basis, covering annual leave and sickness.

Whilst previous experience within the care industry would be ideal, we are happy to offer full training and support to those who share our core values. Aside from experience, we are looking for you to;

  • Full UK Driving Licence would be an advantage due to location

*£100 will be payable at 3 months, a further £200 will be payable at 6 months subject to obtaining a contracted position working at least an average of 12 hours per week. This is also subject to successful performance, sickness reviews and completion of successful probation period. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently an employee of the Norse Group.
