Administration Apprentice - Newport
Salary £13,000
37 Hours per week.

Newport Norse currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Apprentice to join the team on a full time, permanent basis at Caradog House. This apprenticeship will require you to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday  0830-1630.

The role

We are looking to recruit an Administration Apprentice for our Soft FM and Support Services team at Caradog house, you will undertake on the job, on site and a formal industry recognised apprenticeship to provide a full range of administrative and clerical support across the business. 

  • Assisting with preparation of reports and other documents for internal and external publication 
  • Supporting the management team with a range of administration duties and range of general queries 
  • Assisting the preparation of meetings , booking venues and coordination of management diaries.

Our Successful candidate:

  • Business administration qualification (NVQ or
    equivalent), or willing to work towards 
  • Previous administration experience ideally within the property industry
  • Ability to work to your own initiative, as an individual and as part of a team 
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Our offer; 

  • Salary - £13,000.
  • LGPS.
  • 23 days leave plus 2 concessionary.
