Clerk of Works

£35,000 - £39,000 per annum, depending on experience

NPS Leeds have a fantastic opportunity for a Clerk of Works to join our team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for providing technical support to enable major architectural design and construction projects and schemes to achieve required quality standards. You will interpret documentation including drawings and undertake site inspections, surveys and audits to ensure all works are completed to specification, contract and design.

Our Successful Candidate:

  • HNC/HND or equivalent in a building or construction related discipline.
  • Holds a current site card or is prepared to immediately attain.
  • Membership of the Institute of Clerk of Works is desirable
  • Experience in a similar role and be able to provide suitable references if requested.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
  • Familiar with relevant construction, health and safety legislation and risks and hazards associated with asbestos.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
