Commercial Service Manager – 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £36,382.79 per annum

We currently have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Service Manager to join our Senior Management team on a 9 months fixed term contract.

The Role

As a Commercial Service Manager you will be responsible for leading the commercial team, managing all aspects of finance and commercial information, including; systems, intercompany and client invoicing, invoicing and cost reconciliation, reporting and forecasting.

You will contribute to the overall management of the company, providing support on commercial contract issues and ensuring all new commissions are recorded and monitored accordingly. Furthermore, you will carry out scheduled invoicing to maximise income, whilst assisting in the development of the annual business plan.

Our ideal candidate

You will have a positive and ambitious attitude with experience of  managing people and able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness.

  • HNC/HND or equivalent in a related discipline and/or can demonstrate significant relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Business Management or Property Related discipline or be working or prepared to work towards
  • Extensive experience in a similar or related role
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
