Norse Group brings together property consultancy NPS, Care Provider, NorseCare and facilities management specialists Norse Commercial Services. Our operational and support service teams work in cohesion to ensure efficient delivery of our services.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our team based at Head Office, in Norwich. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, on a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months.

The Management Accountant will work alongside our team of Finance Business Partners, supporting in preparing, presenting, and analysing initial management accounts for defined divisions within the Group.

You will be responsible for ensuring data is accurate and current which will allow you to present efficient and commercial opportunities to the Finance Business Partners aiding the development of our operational services.

Our Successful Candidate

We are looking for you to demonstrate some key experience and knowledge for the role, including:

  • Finance and/or accounting qualification (AAT / Degree / ACCA)
  • Proven experience within a commercial finance role, with knowledge of producing management accounts and balance sheet schedules periodically
  • Excellent documentation skills, comfortable creating and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Ability to analyse and interpret financial data
  • Confident communicator, capable of engaging effectively with a range of stakeholders across the business
  • Knowledge of corporation tax and VAT within a commercial finance environment
