NorseCare, part of Norse Group are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As Marketing Executive you will lead the marketing function for our Care division, supporting NorseCare in achieving its strategic aims through actioning consumer insights, ensuring consistency, producing innovation campaigns and creating engaging content. 

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Graphic Designers and external agencies on tasks, ensuring they are completed with set deadlines
  • Tracking and reporting on performance of marketing campaigns, working in line with set KPIs
  • Supporting with developing the NorseCare brand through marketing campaigns across all platforms to grow audiences and increase engagement
  • Monitoring market trends across the Care sector, maintaining key messaging for healthcare professionals
  • Drafting and reviewing website content across NorseCare website, ensuring its aligned to strategy
  • Supporting the Group sales team to design email templates targeting ideal customer types

Our Successful Candidate:

You will be able to make an instant impact to the NorseCare marketing function, alongside this we are looking for you to demonstrate:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent in a relevant subject or related discipline
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing environment and role
  • Knowledge/experience of the Care Sector and implementing targeted-led campaigns within this industry would be beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, concise and interesting copy
  • Knowledge of relevant software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe e.g. Photoshop and InDesign
  • Confident in engaging with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to deliver marketing strategies that meet project requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence for the travel requirement of the role
