We are recruiting for Care Support Workers to join the team at Burman House, working as and when required to cover annual leave and sickness.

What could your day look like?

As a Care Support Worker, you will assist with personal care and support tasks which enables our residents to make informed choices, supporting their independence and dignity in line with their care plan.

You will build strong relationships with the residents/tenants participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, helping to promote a safe and fun environment for those living with us.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, providing person-centred care & support and communicating with other medical professionals as required.

Whilst previous experience within the care industry would be fantastic, we are happy to offer full training and support to those who share our core values. Aside from experience, we are looking for individuals who are;

*£100 will be payable at 3 months, a further £200 will be payable at 6 months subject to obtaining a contracted position working at least an average of 12 hours per week.
