HGV Driver Loader - Petersfield
£13.50 per hour - £28,157.22
Norse South East is a highly successful and developing joint venture between commercial specialists Norse Group and local government business partners. The partnership focusses on delivering key frontline services across the local area, undertaking waste management and grounds maintenance as part of its portfolio.
One of our key services is waste management, and we are currently looking to recruit an HGV Driver to work with our team in the local area. This position is being offered on a full time, permanent contract working 40hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Your role will be working alongside the waste collection team, driving our vehicles between domestic and trade customers and supporting with loading at sites and emptying the freighter at the depot. Our teams provide a valuable service within the area and maintaining our high level of customer care will be a key part of the role.
Your Experience;
Ideally you will have previous experience within in a waste management environment, but we are happy to provide support and training if you can demonstrate;
- Full UK Driving Licence with Class C Entitlement
- Current Driver Qualification Card (CPC), with a Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience driving Class C LGV's
- Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
- Great communication skills
- Capable of delivering a high level of customer service
