Cleaning Site Supervisor

Rate - £10.59 per hour

Our cleaning division support local schools, public buildings and businesses with specialist hygiene services, prioritising a high standard of service delivery.

We have a successful partnership with Norwich School in Norwich and we are looking to recruit a Cleaning Site Supervisor on a full time basis, you'll be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 05:30-08:30 and 15:00-19:30.

Alongside supervising the delivery of the contractual cleaning service, it will be your responsibility to co-ordinate a small on-site team of cleaners, ensuring;

  • Service levels are communicated and achieved
  • Equipment and products are stored, maintained and replenished as required
  • Attendance and time management is monitored 
  • Health and safety guidelines are observed onsite 

Our Successful Candidate:

You will need to be able to demonstrate some commercial experience within a commercial cleaning environment, alongside some experience of supervising or leading staff, although this does not need to be within the industry.

Alongside this, you will;

  • Be able to confidently engage with clients and members of the public
  • Have good organisational skills, capable of managing your own and others workload
  • Have a good eye for detail, and be able to maintain high levels of customer service
