Norse Group TFM are currently looking for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to join the team on a part time basis at the Norfolk and Norwich Kidney Centre in Norwich.

Job Particulars

  • This is a permanent, part-time position working 18 hpw
  • Shift Pattern - 04.00 to 07.00 Monday to Friday
  • Salary of £23,275.20 is a 40 hpw FTE and equates to £11.19 per hour

You will form part of a team who ensure the facilities are maintained to an exceptional high standard of cleanliness. Ensuring that the site is maintained in a clean and organised condition to provide a clean and hygienic environment for the local NHS Dialysis Unit and the general public.

You will supervise cleaning operatives and co-ordinate holiday and sickness cover. To liaise with the Soft Services FM Manager to ensure all cleaning materials are replenished as required and to maintain site records accordingly.

As this position is in a healthcare environment, standards of cleanliness required will be high.

Our Successful Candidate:

  • Previous cleaning experience within a commercial environment
  • Supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work autonomously, as an individual and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant health & safety guidelines / legislations

This position is a part-time role working 18 hours per week, 04.00am to 07.00am. Salary is the full-time equivalent of 40 hours per week.
