NPS Humber continue to take on diverse and complex projects across all disciplines, the need to expand of teams has increased and as such we are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager into the team on a full time, permanent basis.

At NPS Humber, we provide specialist property consulting expertise across both public and private sector. With a multi-disciplined approach to project delivery, and a focus on quality and sustainability, we operate across a number of specialisms to deliver innovative and commercially viable solutions on behalf of Hull City Council.

The role as Senior PM  will be varied, where you will take responsibility for project delivery across the full life cycle of property and construction developments. You will maintaining a strong and ongoing relationship with our clients ensuring their requirements are met in regard to design, timescale and finance. You will be accountable for managing the business and project plans, mitigating risk, and ensuring revenue is sustainable and profitable.

Our Successful Candidate:

You will need to demonstrate a combination of senior level experience within all areas of surveying, as well as successfully overseeing projects from inception through to completion As such, we are looking for as much of the following knowledge and experience:

  • Professional membership of the Association of Project Management or can demonstrate significant relevant experience
  • Professional qualification - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Experience delivering and overseeing a range of projects across property, asset
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Knowledge across the property consultancy or build works sector, including new build contracts and improvements would be an advantage
