Care Support Worker

£10.19 - £10.74  Per Hour

Part-Time/Full-Time

Robert Kett Court is a purpose-built residential home, situated in Wymondham. The home provides exceptional care for its residents  and we have fantastic opporunities for dedicated individuals to join our team in delivering quality care, with hours available on a part-time or full-time basis working days (0700-1430 / 1430-2130) or 20 hours per week on nights (2030-0730).

As a Care Support Worker, you will assist with personal care and support tasks which enables our residents/tenants to make informed choices, supporting their independence and dignity.

Whilst previous experience within the care industry would be ideal, we are happy to offer full training and support to those who share our core values. Aside from experience, we are looking for you to;

*£100 will be payable at 3 months, a further £200 will be payable at 6 months. This is subject to successful performance, sickness reviews and completion of successful probation period. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently an employee of the Norse Group.
