Norse TFM are a specialist facilities management division that are rapidly expanding due to substantial business growth.

We are currently in a position to add an experienced Contracts Manager to the team based in Norwich on a permanent basis. As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership and manage all aspects of contractual, financial, and operational performance of a client portfolio, along with management of a large facilities management team of middle and first-line managers and their direct reports.

Your role will be to ensure contractual obligations and KPIs are met by providing effective leadership and communication to the team as well as managing and maintaining the relationships with the client effectively through proactive expectation management, regular meetings and communication.

Our Successful Candidate:

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate previous, extensive contract management experience along with the following:

  • Extensive experience of managing multi discipline teams within a construction or FM back round
  • Previous proven experience and knowledge of M&E
  • Financial and budgetary experience – Ensuring internal financial and accounting processes and policies are followed and submission deadlines are met
  • Full UK Driving Licence to meet the travel requirements of the role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
