NPS Property Consultants works in partnership with corporate property owners supplying property consultancy services. As NPS continue to grow its client base, we are looking to recruit a competent Land Surveyor into Estates team based in Norwich, Norfolk. 

The Role

In this position, you will be working within a wider team of property experts and will be part of a highly experienced land surveying team undertaking a range of surveying work, including but not limited to; assisting and completing topographical surveys, site inspections, production of reports/plans to assist with boundary disputes and disposal of land. 

Our Successful Candidate

You will have previous experience within the industry, supported by:

  • HNC/HND or equivalent qualification/experience in a land surveying discipline.
  • Current site card or be prepared to immediately attain.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An understanding of relevant construction, health and safety legislation and the risks and hazards associated with asbestos.
  • A desire to develop and grow within the role.
