NPS Property Consultants works in partnership with a range of clients.

As a result of business growth, our Norwich Office are looking to recruit a Valuation Surveyor, full or part time, into our Estates and Asset Management team.  

The role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional work to meet the needs of our range of clients in accordance with all relevant policies, standards, and legislation. You will undertake all aspects of general practice work but specialising in;

  • Development Appraisals
  • Property acquisition by negotiation or Compulsory Purchase Powers
  • General Fund and HRA Asset valuations for accounting purposes
  • Capital and rental Valuations
  • Asset Management

Our Successful Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Surveyor who can demonstrate a depth of industry experience and knowledge along with the following;

  • Professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with at least 2 years PQE
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in an Estates related discipline is essential
  • Legal knowledge of, compulsory purchase and compensation, landlord and tenant and knowledge of property valuation techniques
  • Local Authority backround would be ideal
  • Full UK driving licence as this role requires frequent travel to other offices and sites
